Post CommentWe shifted last weekend from al nahda dubai to al nahda dubai and have a invoice for the move. On the next day we realized our tv unit center stand has been damaged. We had 2 tube lights worth 35 AED missing. Today we realize our air cooler, worth 300 AED is missing. The movers had just unloaded our things on the road and no one was standing near the luggage. We have CCTV footage of people not sitting near the luggage. The service given while moving back was also terrible. Me and my wife had to keep 90% of the things back. They just came and assembled the furniture and then left. We called to complaint to Pramod (marketing manager) saying they are not supporting but the support was improved. We demand compensation for the loss we have faced and demand a refund owing to poor service . If this demand is not met we will go to Sharjah consumer rights and complaint. We have raised this complaint with Pramod (marketing manager) who only says he will speak to Narayan and does not revert back to us.
