We use this approach at the Olympic Dam mining site in Australia, operated by BHP Billiton. To limit turnover and enhance the well being of the camps 2,000 residents, Sodexo offers a wide array of activities including theme parties and on-site sports activities as well as hiking and excursions outside the camp. The results are positive: residents are satisfied and retention rates have improved.
