This is the worst hospital, I have ever come across. When my new born daughter was treated there, I faced the following malpractices/ lack of patient care/ deliberate attempt of cheating from this hospital: 1) Medical test certificates missing. 2) Echo procedure not done properly giving the reason that 60 day baby is crying. 3) Staff trying to charge additional AED 850 for pertussis test saying that it is not covered under my insurance whereas in reality that was not the case. 4) One of the pediatrician tried not to discharge my baby saying that the treating doctor who is on 3 day off will come back and discharge. 5) When I insisted for discharge, the hospital tried to discharge the baby without her condition reviewed by a competent doctor. It was only when I insisted for doctor's signature on the discharge summary, she was attended by a doctor. 6) In spite of telling that pertussis test report will be available in 5 - 7 days, it is not provided even now ( i.e. 25 days after discharge) by giving one or other excuse. Now I am in doubt, whether the test is done of not? 7) Highly unprofessional nursing staff especially in the pediatric ward. 8) The worse part is their operations manager Dr. Bhuvan's answer to my complaint listing all my above issues. He gave a clean chit to the hospital and their staff. So if the management is like that you can hope the rest. So my request to general public is to avoid this ridiculous hospital for your own sake.
