Post CommentI am Mridula Patil, I shipped my goods through your company on 31st December 2017, through Agent Prashant Surendean. He promised to give me Insurance letter as well as BIL. It is now Feb I still have not received any documents. Do you cheat people like this to get business and once business is acquired leave them heigh and dry without documents. I think your representative pocket that money as I was given receipt for 4500/- Dhs but no receipt for 500 insurance saying it would be provided later no receipt is given for insurance coverage money. I spoke to your representative just now who promised to send me BIL as well as Insurance letter which is not yet come. Mridula Patil
